Ive always wondered what other cyclists think of my opinion that i feel cameras make the situ. worse between the cyclist/driver...???

Hit the nail on the head. It depends on the cyclist and the driver.
That said, it is plain to see from the more 'anger management' (or lack thereof) YouTube helmet camera people that chasing down drivers and getting into a confrontation is literally never a good idea.
