Don't know about the bibs, but I've got the Funkier overshoes.
Terrible, don't keep feet warm or shoes dry.
Also a bad fit to the shoes.

No idea on PX vs Altura, but paying more doesn't always mean "warmer" or "better made" (in terms of workmanship or build quality) but it does often reflect in the cut (i.e. the way they fit). The premium brands fit a LOT better than many of the budget to mid range kit.

Brands like Castelli, get away with having less bulky pads etc because they make the pad fit you properly!

i like sportful bibs and longs - always fitted me, pads are just the right size and the no rain ones are really comfortable to wear

Decathlons own brand BTWIN with the orange endurance pad have served me well through last winter and are still going strong. Got some DHB Roubaix a few weeks ago which cost a bit more and are good as well. Not sure they are much better than the cheaper Decathlon ones to be honest.

Lusso - made in the UK, very good quality, very reasonable pricing. Styling of jerseys and jackets can be a little staid, but their bib tights and other leg wear is excellent. Try their Max Repel bib tights - I like mine, and a better fit than Endura, on me at least.
