Need some help to ID another bike.

I found this bike on eBay that looks interesting. A very big project I know but I like a challenge! I would say it's defiantly some kind of racing/track bike or path racer from the 1930's. It has a Raleigh chain wheel but the forks look like Hercules, also you can just about see a circle from where the headbadge used to be, and Hercules head badges used to be round. Does anyone have any idea what this bike could be?

Actually I'm pretty certain it's a Hercules now because I have a 1930's Hercules here in front of me and the mudguard, lamp mount and headset are exactly the same as the one in the eBay listing. So I guess now I'd just like to know what model it is?
