Need a service.

Hi all,
bought my Marin Lucas Valley new in 2016. Did London to Brighton and put it in the garage. It’s had about 4 rides per yet since, but since lockdown I’ve covered just shy of 500 miles. The bike has never been serviced. Not even the free first service I was given by Broadribb! So I reckon I’ve covered bout 1k miles since new. I live near Brentwood and would like some recommendations for a full service as I reckon it deserves it and so does my health and safety!
Any Essex based people that can recommend a mechanic or shop?

What do you expect from a full service?

I've taken bikes in for specific jobs, but never for a "service". Always listen out for squeaks and rattles and visual checks on the brakes, but apart from that if everything seems OK, I leave well alone.

It’s more of a check up if you will. The brakes are worn, sometimes it slips a gear, the tyres are 4 years old, even though it’s done very little mileage. Would just like a professional eye to look over it for me to make sure all is in good order
