It would certainly explain why I spent most of my life hating cats only now to being owned by 3 of the gentlest black cats you could imagine.

I was probably infected by a bite and have been taken over by at least 1 of them, but which one?

I'm done for - what happens if you have four cats ?
A trick cyclist could write a thesis on you.

Even if it is true, one needs to look at this kind of research very carefully. Nowhere does it say what the general risk of developing schizophrenia actually is. So if the risk is one in 100, doubling that risk still makes your risk one in 50 which is about the same as dying from a drug overdose. How many people do you know who have died from drug overdoses? Browsers beware!

I went through a phase of being u able to say no to a homeless cat and had 4 girl cats. Age and attrition have taken their toll and I only have two left, Lois Griffin and Mrs Tibbles.

Perhaps the cats aren't the cause, but people with the illness tend to life lifestyles more likely to include cats?
