I'm with everyone else on the layout.
I paid for a designer to create it because I simply didn't have the free time to learn all the ins and outs of the layout control for this new software.
I do like the overall strong colours and modern feel - however, in practical real-world usage terms (which I wasn't really able to test fully beforehand) it doesn't seem as good as it initially did. I think the main thing is the blue contrast - it's a sea of strong blue's that are detracting from the content, so give me some time and I'm sure we'll be able to improve it.
There's also the space around the post text - it currently sits too close to the box borders, making it less easy to read than before, so that'll be a key change that should help.
It took me quite a while to modify the old design into something we all liked, and I'm sure we can "fix" this one to work better too.
