I have never done them before and there are soooo many suggestions/methods out there.
I used 6 good sized pork ribs.
Garlic and onion
Carrot and celery
Red wine
Stock
Bit of Paprika and a bit of Rosemary
Now on a low heat for 6** ?? hours
**depends who you listen to.
These are not part of a full meal, we just want to pick them up and chomp......like you do with ribs from a Chinese takeaway.
