Salivating, looks good; can't beat freshly baked bread.
My 15 yr old makes a lovely olive & sun-dried tom bread. Also very nice.

Just realised I've had no lunch!

Does he/she make it by hand or machine?
How much does he/she add to the mix?

She makes it by hand, apart from a dough hook in the mixer to make the kneading easier.
I think the toms/olives are measured "by eye" but I'll see if there's a recipe written down; I think it it started as a herby focaccia recipe.

As I may be told to go on a gluten free diet soon - then based on the above I decided to look up a simple recipe

started with a Jamie Oliver one

the method started with this gem

Warm the milk in a small pan over a low heat, then leave to cool slightly

WHAT????
how in teh name of all the Gods and little fairies do you do that
nearly to boiling and cool down to very hot??
just above room temp and cool to room temp??

why oh why can;t people say things properly and not just assume you are psychic?????

bloody cooks!!

A large onion
A small carrot
A pinch of salt
A glug of olive oil
Cook until it's ready

Anyone would think units had never been invented.

All my recipes are drafted by me, in grams, ccs, minutes etc.

^^^^ my guess is warm to above lukewarm then cool to lukewarm since dried yeast is started with lukewarm water.

I think they come included!

Reminds me - when I started sailing it was at Hoylake on the Wirral sailing in open sailing boats - the youngest was 70 years ago and that was the youngest by several decades!

Anyway - we sailed over the high tide and had to be back by the time the tide was dropping too much by the moorings

The furthest buoy we ever sailed to was an official buoy clearly marked
"SEWER"
That was "interesting" in nice warm weather!!!
