Made at Walton Road, originally dark yellow with green panels and head tube... now in bright white with gold lug lining. 1969

Nice. I looked at this on here more than once when it was for sale. I'd really like a Liverpool bike, but (say it one more time even tho that top tube's nice and long) it was probs a bit small. Even so, I'm a little jealous. Enjoy.

Harry Quinn has a great cycling history around here in the North West..........

I had a very good Ron Spencer road bike in the early 1980's, the frame was built by Harry Quinn's or when it was owned by Frank Clement (later Orbit Cycles in Dudley).....

Edit: my Ron Spencer frame was probably built by Bill Whitcomb, Harry Quinn's old apprentice.

Fettled tonight and wimped out fitted Marathon Pluses as i hate having a "Visitation", SPD's and saddlepack off for a few miles in the morning Pics to follow i'm sure
