Hey Matty, Good on you.....

I took a look at what you have so far and my first comment would be.....

If you're planning on using the blog as a source of info for readers, then maybe a blog format isn't the best. Within the realm of sports and fitness there are so many different tangents and categories that posts can go in, and the chnronological format of blogs might get confusing. e.g your "lesson 1" will likely be at the bottom.

Second comment would be, what are you aiming to achieve? Not a critism, just a point for thought.
