My First commute

YEY!

My first commute for about 3 years, my first cycle since Sept, 20 miles (in an hour and a half, not bad) through the cold and the thick fog, and im feeling quite good about it, apart from iv been continually coughing since I got into the office...

The commute home is gunna be interesting

Im not planning on commuting every day (yet), just once a week I think so I can help drop a bit of weight...

well done, bit quicker than me I was 1hr 52mins for my 21.5 miles this morning. Like you I hope the loss of some, or all, of the extra 60lbs I carry will improve my speed
