My first 3 mile (approx) ride!

Just got done with my first 3 mile (approx) ride in 96 degree Texas heat!

Good thing for me! Felt good. Got a good burn. Still figuring out shift points/gears, but it's working for me.

Just an idea [if you don’t wear a helmet] Wear a wet cap / hat of some sort and keep it wet. Works for me when it gets hot [??!!} over here and helps a bit.
