there's one leaving in 10 minutes
I've been getting all sorts of discomfort in my left arm over the last week and I finaly relented and made a doctors appt when a friend of mine who is recovering from a triple bypass said cheerily " yup, that's just how mine started"!!! Anyway, I saw a young bloke and he did a load of tests andchecks and asked about my fitness. I said I rode for an hour or two pretty much 4/5 days a week. He mentioned in passing that he was a keen cyclist too. He dismissed the possibility of anything cardiac cos I didnt tick any of the risk boxes and gave me a prescription saying " no problems this'll sort it" and I left feeling a good deal happier. I took it to the chemist and was about to sign the bottom when I saw what he'd written......

No horror stories about left arms and heart attacks PLEASE, I worry for England!!
