ok one more question, how do I change the goal mileage, I entered 5000 by mistake tried re-entering 3000 and it still shows 5000, deleted sig and re pasted with new mileage.

The guy who wrote and runs the programme is in Australia. Hence the delay.

But surely something like that would be automatic, it took the initial number of 5000m straight away from the sig., but what I don't understand is why it couldn't just take the new number. I know sometimes things take time to update as they are updated every so often, like the challenges on endomondo. ( something to do with processing availability to work load I think)

if you have only just done it wait for upto 24 hrs for it to refresh and it should but itself right, thats what it did to me.
