That is - earphones in & music playing as your out on the bike.

Is it a do or don't for you guys?

I do and probably shouldn't as the roads I ride on are pretty busy & can get a bit frightening when an HGV suddenly pulls up alongside me or an emergency services vehicle whizzes by!
