Why only 10 years younger?I remember being told that a cyclist has the fitness and physique* of someone ten years younger.
This makes me wonder: how much more would I creak if I didn't ride a bike?
*I avoided saying "has the body of someone ten years younger" for the obvious reason it would confuse @classic33, who probably does somewhere.
