I feel I'm missing out here.... Am I meant to take Piriton when I can't get back to sleep in the middle of the night or is it only for jet lag?Phenergan is another antihistamine with magical properties though it makes me want to sleep for a week so is never used on a school night.
Piriton is my first choice too.

I think that the official NICE guidelines on insomnia suggest pies and Sauvignon blanc as a first line treatment.
