It's two days since my friend Jim died. So long, dear chum.

Sad news

A cycling friend of mine passed away beginning of last month, the news came as a shock.

So sorry. It's always hard to lose a friend.

Dog walked, with the added bonus of making the staff at the butcher's laugh by dropping a load of veggies. Twice: once outside and then again when I went into get some lamb and pay for the lot. Anyway, assuming that everything survives until the morning, tomorrow the slow cooker will be getting on with lamb stew while I go walking with a friend. In the meantime: the gym. After some lunch.
