I was on a course for drug and alcohol testing and procedures a few years ago. Part of the course was to apply our learning to the person next to us.
Apparently, a couple of chaps on a previous course failed, and we're summarily dismissed

Back from 48 hours in Hunmanby near Filey.Went to visit 88 year old Postman Ernie,a pal from way back in 1972.What a super little village.

Mrs MY managed an 18mile ride today, there were a few stops on the return journey. A second visit to the Tides in Llanddulas - highly recommended.

On the old holibobs in Minorca , but a rainy day today. Thought the safest option was to stay near bar thus avoiding the very real (?) chance of a lightning strike. However the table tennis at 15:30 was not a roaring success. I think it was probably due to me not putting the old specs on
