Hi

Does anyone know if a set of Sks race blades will fit a Boardman comp? Or any mudguard that would be compatable

Been there, I don't have a problem fitting them myself to be honest, just need to know which ones will fit. The Halfords one's don't fit not enough room unfortunately. Thanks though.

Because of the way they are fixed you should have no problem fitting these to a Boardman road bike. A mtb would be a different prospect though.

I've got a Boardman Road Comp and its currently got a pair of Road Racers 2's fitted, which do a sterling job.

I'd recommend them and Halfords price matched Wiggle when I bought them.

I made a trip into Halfords lastnight and I was looking at the race blades, liked the look of them and the fitting in theory, but was put off by the price! (37.99) Anyway when I got home and looked on-line at Halfords and reserved a set for (£25 result) I'll pick them up in a few days and report back when and if I manage to fit them.

Don't forget to check on line - if they're cheaper elsewhere Halfords will price match.

Sorry I didn't check on line, I just picked them up and fitted in about 20 mins tops!

Very happy with them and hopefully they will keep me a bit drier!
