Mudguards

Hey guys, got my bike in November, but didn't get any cycling clothing/accessories till the fat man dropped down the chimney.
So I went for a ride today in the rain an got all the spray up my back.
What I want to know, is my cannondale synapse compatible with mudguards? And if so which ones please?

For a road bike without any mudguard bosses. Then SKS Race Blades. HERE or Crudguards HERE
Though you may be able to find elsewhere cheaper

Looking at image results for "Cannondale Synapse", it looks like it isn't compatible with regular bolt on mudguards. However, if you have 5mm clearance between the brake caliper and tire, and 5mm clearance between the tire and seat tube, then you'll be able to fit crud road racers or SKS raceblades long.

If you don't have that clearance then you'll be able to fit SKS raceblades regular size.

makes riding a lot more pleasurable knowing you wont get so wet with gaurds fitted
