I'm looking a pair of good mudguards for Globe Vienna with tyres 700x35c, did anyone know can I fit this one to my bike?

I would say no , it states that it fits 26" wheels rather than 700 c wheels.

I see you have chosen a USA site , i assume you are from that neck of the woods before i recommend an alternative?

Good news: you can get them from Chain Reaction Cycles

Bad news: "Fits Ladies' and Men's Electra Townie Bicycles with 26" wheels except Townie Balloon models. Not compatible with any other model of bicycle."

SKS chromos in 50mm hydrid size (available in Black or Silver) - fits 700x35 perfectly. I have them on my Vienna 1 - all other choices will be second best!
