muc off wet lube

My usual wet lube (fenwicks).Was out of stock so o tried the muc off wet lube
It wasnt too expensive.Its easy to apply thanks to the built in nozzle, the drivetrain runs smoothly however it is very dirty. It can cover the wheel if too much is applied even after wiping off the excess. Would I use it again possibly not.

I use the dry lube and like it.
I tend to put a small amount on a rag and then hold it on the chain whilst turning the pedals.
Any other method leaves too much on the chain.

Muc-off lube only exists to make enough mess that you need the muc-off cleaning products

I use Muc-off dry lube. I wipe of the excess as instructed on the bottle, never have an issue with it going everywhere.

I've used Finish Line dry and am very happy with it. Just had one where the spray stopped working after about 5 uses.
Currently trying out the stuff my future stepson uses on the motorbike chain.

Thats cos its good, the Wet stuff is rubbish.

As smeggers said the dry lube Is good but the wet is terrible.I will stick to fenwicks in the future.You have to try things out to see how they do .
