hiii....please help me...
I have MTB:- KHS Alite 150.
I want to use road/hybrid bike tyres.
My MTB's tyre size is (50mm X 559mm) (26in X 1.95in).
Kindly suggest which tyre size should I choose? I don't want to replace the tube. I will use these tyres for on-road biking.

You need to still be looking at 26 inch tyres - that is what your rims need, just look at 'slicks' rather than 'knobblies'. This will make cycling on roads easier.
So something like the Schwalbe City Jets, or similar is what you are after.

I went city jets when I was replacing tyres of that sort of dimension (on my bike and my wife's of the time) huge improvement. My wife was very reluctant at first (I pleaded, 'if not for the easier riding for you, at least for the quieter road noise for me') but it took one ride to realise it was completely the right thing to do.

Also worth considering Schwalbe Land Cruisers, they have a continuous tread in the centre so smooth on road, but maintain the knobbly bits off centre.I put a set on my lads mtb and they are great for the family pedal round the park, and playing in the mud .

Or if you have more money to spend and want something with about the best puncture protection, Schwalbe Marathon Plus:

I would like to mention here that I am from Mumbai, India. So I guess, I won't get these tyres here. And I will be riding in raini season as well.
