Ask at your local bike shops for a shop club. They will probably be going out weekday nights with lights and weekends.

You can always go for a bike fit. Sometimes this is offered by the shop who supply your bike.

Locally (well local ish) I would recommend Nev Martin at Infinity Cycles, Durham. Not exactly sure on cost, but around £50 i think.
