Lazing around the house bored this afternoon, mrs watching some rubbish on telly. She could tell I was bored so told me to get out on my bike. After a recent operation I've lost a bit of enthusiasm for riding, so I needed this kick up the a**e. How glad am I she pushed me out, only did a steady 12 miles in just under an hour, but with the sun, low, shining bright on the autumn countryside and no wind and not too cold I really enjoyed it. I hope it re-ignites my love for cycling!!

Oh how I wish I could I have been off since August been out once since my op and I'm still not ready(it hurt!) back to hospital and another 4 weeks oh well that's December!!! I'm not happy at all !!!!

Yes, it's easy to forget either due to an enforced lay off or just commuting the same route every day that we cycle because we enjoy it.
