I have a Pashley Moulton with a Scram Dual drive, and it rattles in second gear on the 3 speed rear hub. I'm stumped for a cure. Has anyone had the same problem?

YES! YES! YES! They all seem to do it! Some after a few hundred miles some after a few thousand and some after only a few miles.
