Comments on uk hotdeals indicate that the Lidl one appears to be better quality than the £20 ebay one, certainly there are a number far more expensive on ebay that look more like the Lidl one.

The chain cleaner is the Barbieri one thats £7.56 at Ribble for example.
The stands were going down quickly in my local Lidl at around 9 this morning, slightly bemused at someone buying two!
