Montane featherlite marathon jacket

Anyone used a Montane featherlite marathon jacket for cycling? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Looks like a Montane Velo with less rear vents and without the elasticated bottom hem and slightly different arm detailing/fabric arrangements. The Montanve Velo is one of CC's fave shells.

If you want waterproof, the Velo H2O is the Montane of choice I think?

Anyone used a Montane featherlite marathon jacket for cycling? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I have a featherlite and wouldn't use that for cycling. Its only good enough for a quick dash through a shower and will get too hot. The Pocket Rocket has a slightly better material, but again only for the transitional shower you might find yourself in.

Look at the Gore and Endura coats instead if you want proper rain protection. Both also make great windproof jackets, too.

Anyone used a Montane featherlite marathon jacket for cycling? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Used it a bit this year, pretty decent on keeping the chill off and a light shower. Not very breathable but ok pretty much the same as any other cycling shower shirt
