Milton Keynes Bowl

Has anybody ridden at MK Bowl? I'd like to know if it's open to the general public or for exclusive use of the cycling clubs which make up Milton Keynes Cycling Association. I'm getting a new bike soon and need somewhere away from traffic to get used to it.

Unfortunately their website doesn't say and the 'contact us' page strangely has no contact details

from what i know its grassed arena area , must be more suitable areas local

there are a few club-level crits at MK bowl, on the internal road network - but it's not a 'track' in the purest sense, in that the races are for freewheel bikes, not track bikes.
