I watched it myself earlier today. Superb stuff. I honesty didn't realise quite how, well, shy & uncertain Millar is/was. Perhaps the bike was were he felt safest; in his own element. I really really hope he's happy wherever he now is.

Indeed. I thought it was the Aussies who used to go on about "whingeing Poms". Peiper certainly took the yellow jersey for whingeing there.
