Angus, thanks for your interest in this. Originally I had intended to go and do the actual Sportive event.

Unfortunately work has interrupted this plan so I'm now going to organise a trip myself (I organise and run cycling trips but haven't done this one yet). Sports tours international run this trip for £350 (not including travel out); I'm hoping to run as a complete package (including travel by car/mpv depending on numbers) either as a weekend just to do the MSR or a week and include the Marmotte and Ventoux Sportive circuits.
