We cooked outside tonight after sunset, some rather bright meteors flashed across almost directly above, both brighter than any I've seen before - was most impressed.
My UK-wide aurora alert has been buzzing away for the last 24 hours too, but nothing visible with the light pollution from the M25 and SW London when i look to the north.
