How do I unsubscribe to their website.I have tried to change my password four times Despite being a fairly frequent user they do not recognise my email address.this despite sending offers to my email address Tried to unsubscribe that

didn’t work Got the mitts I wanted from Tredz three pounds cheaper.
Was there comment about them being taken over

Mark their mail as junk.
Your mail client should ask you if you want all mails from Merlin to be marked as junk/spam, click yes.

If you can't get rid of unwanted e-mail, write an auto-reply script that:
- Sends them a 'please don't message me anymore' reply
- Move the message to delete
- Automatically deletes it to stop filling up your deleted folder.

Worked for me a while back, since every time I emailed them, they sent me 'thanks for your email, we will respond within 48 hours' - which I auto replied to - ad-nausium

Approx 72 hours later (over a bank holiday weekend), they had literally (100's of) thousands of emails waiting to be processed - well I suspect their inbox filled to be fair. Never heard from them again.

Ah, well HERE is the announcement that I found, dated 11th April 2022. I have bought quite few things from them since then.

Had an email from Gemma at Merlin re problems with my passwords Sent me a temporary password Apologised for taken so long to sort it .
Hopefully when I log on I will change my password.
