I have one of Aldi's merino jerseys and love the feel / weight of it, but a major drawback is that it only has one pocket. I often need to carry a few bits and bobs (enough to fit in 3 pockets but not enough to justify a rucksack), so...any recommendations for a merino jersey with 3 pockets?

TBH the Aldi Merino's are the one thing that disappoint me from there, they're always itchy however washed & softened. No recommendations for a pocketed one as I tend to use my decathlon ones as a base layer but you'll definitely notice a difference when you try different brands and pure merino ones - necessity makes me a bit of a cheapskate but a 100% merino jersey is an investment worth making.

Planet X list one, but is it all merino? It says it has a coolmax back. They used to sell a 100% merino cycling jersey, with 3 rear pockets. I have one and it is superb - would buy another like a shot if they restocked them.

I can vouch for the Torm stuff. Really good value if you're after Sportswool mix. I haven't seen many pure Merino shirts, with rear pockets - they're mostly base layers. I don't think the Aldi ones are pure Merino - I could be wrong - but they are good under a jacket.
