Mercier frame markings

Hi,
My mid 1970's Mercier has mercier engraved on the top of the seatstays. It also has an M engraved in the lug at the top of the downtube. Frame is 531 with campag dropouts. Can anybody throw light on the level of the frame?

With 531 and pantograph it's not going to be a bad one I wouldn't have thought .

Once you have posted a few more times you should be able to add a picture as that might help others

Thanks for the links. Looks like a Tour du Monde. There was a 1976 catalogue. Came with dura ace which mine has for the princely sum of 2729 francs.

I love 70s French bikes. I had a bottom of the range Peugeot UE8 a few years ago which I'd have happily kept bad it been a better fit - very stylish.

Not pink. Yellow but with an all black dura ace first series groupset which goes well with it. Just love it.
