Mercedes RB Trekker (I think)

I'm new to cycling (well, I last rode about 30+ years ago).
Just got given a second hand Mercedes bike - was told it's an 'RB Trekker' - if that means anything - but can't find any details about it on the web. Silver frame, road tyres, belt drive, 7 speed hub gears, dynamo... am trying to identify the actual model and get hold of a handbook.
Any ideas where I'd get this from - or find a photo to match my bike to?
