Saw the Man twice when he toured the UK .Once with my bro {Bat out of hell tour} ,then some years later with my missus .Both times he and his backing band raised the roof at the NEC . Away to go big man . You and Jim took rock to another level .

I saw him once at the NEC too. Early '90s.
My wife asked me "was he good live?" And then paused. And then said "silly question!".

I enjoyed his over blown rock opera style But it did go out of fashion.
He never took himself too seriously and seemed to be having fun.
he was a surprisingly good actor to.
The last interview I saw with him was concerning as he didn’t look a well man.
