Called in here today and had the best service and advice I've ever had in any shop never mind a bike shop.
Had been to Halfords yesterday and was ignored for half an hour with assistants ignoring any eye contact so left with £900 in my pocket.
Called in to McConveys today and within five minutes (I kid you not) had THREE members of staff asking "do you need any help" .
Brillant advice and pleasant staff .
Highly recommend.
