McQuaid stated a while back when the news about LA returning broke, that he would need to wait until February to get his 6 months probation period for the 'Passport' completed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This really is a case where the rules (whatever they may be!) must be applied to the letter.
