Max cassette size?

I think its a short cage Ultegra, is 28 max sprocket? Can't find a model number on mech, wheres it hidden?

Model number is usually on the rear parallelogram cage (i.e. the main part of the mech at the back, not usually the jockey cage). Looks like a short to me, so 28T.

I run a 12-29 cassette on similar ultegra RD without issue.

The short cage RD6800 has an official limit of 28T, but Shimano are always conservative with those. You would probably be OK with 30T, probably not 32T.
