I used them for a while. They're not bad, I tend to get about 18 months out of a rim which includes commuting in all weather and around 5-6000 miles a year. The Sports lasted this long too. The Open Pros are better though for not a lot more if I remember correctly (sorry to lazy to look them up)

Had bought a pair from Dave Hinde just before xmas for the Dave Quinn I had just finished restoring. Next day I was hit totalling the bike... I bought a Dawes Century SE and have replaced the alex rims on tiagra hubs with them. Much better. Feel much lighter on the hills. I'm running them with 23mm gatorskins. Even though I'm 90kg and I'm carrying a rucksack of about 7 kg I haven' t had any complaints from them. So far very happy with them on the commute and on the weekend rides

I have a set of Open Pro CD on 105 5700 hubs for my commuter. So far so good, they feel sturdy and assured and cope with my pot holed route well. My were built by Life Cycles in Leeds for a shard under 200 quid

I've got them handbuilt on tiagra hubs, fine from the off.
Having said that the only other experiance I have is RS10's, they flexed a bit more.
