Aksiums @ 125 pounds or rovals @ 179. I can't decide. Budget was 150, these both seem a good idea. Any suggestions please ?

i've had near enough the same decision but decided on the aksiums and spent the remainder on some ultegra brake calipers. not got the wheels yet but hope i made the right choice!

I bought some Aksiums 3 months back, they've proved to be tough enough for the commute and certainly seem great value at £125, I think I paid £139 and thought I got a bargain

There is a pair of cosmic elites on ebay i was gonna buy. they are on sale for 269 'buy it now' i offered the guy 225...he said yes but then i changed my mind and bought the aksiums and the brakes. The cosmic elites are about 300g heavier. i really wanted them but was being sensible. dont think i would of noticed much difference anyway!

Aksiums are a good buy - I have some. They are tough and a reasonable weight.

Just got my Aksiums. I weigh just over 15 stone and they are really good. impressed and managed to get them for 96 quid. bargain!

i got them from ebay. brand new for 96 which is pretty good. they are on planet x today for 113 quid. i've managed to go out on them today and they are pretty good too!
