Mavic aksium broken hub

Had these for just over a year, the flangey bit that holds the rear straight pull spoke on the rear hub has broke off, and now i cant seat the spoke. Can anyone suggest a similar hub i can use, or know where i can get another aksium hub from? The lack of spares etc isnt good.

Assuming the breakage is not the result of negligence or a round the world cycle trip I would be back to Mavic for a replacement wheel. A hub that fails like that in just over a year is not fit for the purpose.

Thats what i was thinking, Chain Reaction sold me the wheel, am still waiting for a response from them. I was just setting off from the house and heard it snap, so just regular use on a training bike. Do Mavic have a help line or email, cant seem to find it. Thanks in advance for the help folks!

Your contract is with the retailer and it will be up to them to deal with Mavic.
