Yuk, Burger King...... Im a McDonalds man myself! I have a large Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake and a free cheese burger or McFlurry (the joys of having a student card) every saturday on my way home from Parkrun

So how many calories in this Burger King and how many miles did you cycle?

I really cant remember last time I had a Burger King..I do remember though that they are quite scrummy..In fact, I can't remember last time I had any sort of takeaway burger.

I did 17.5 miles in 55 mins on the way in; it'll take me about an hour going home.


Not sure of the calories but I think it'll be quite a lot!


Not sure I can convince myself it's purely for health reasons, but it's kind of a balanced meal... And I was hungry (I'm not now)!

So, if it's less than about a 2000 calories you're OK. XXL though. Might need a detour with an XXL.

It looks like being about 1600 kcal plus ketchup (x2).

Unbelieveable; I can eat this stuff (occasionally) and still lose weight (slowly)!

A mate of mine who used to work in a McDonalds was always amazed at how many people, and especially teenage girls, who would come in and order what basically amounted to a tray of lard and then insist on a diet Coke.
