I use this one
The Mini Map from St John Street Cycles.
It comes in two sizes, works well - it rattled slightly but a few small strips of electrical tape under the fitting solved that.
The small one is very small (postcard size) but it makes the bar area less cramped, for dull OS maps then the larger one is better.

My wife picked up something like that in the Edinburgh Bike Co-op sale but I have never see her use it...
