manual upload of multiple files to garmin

I am trying to manually upload all of my downloaded files from strava , 597 of them ! in gpx format to garmin.
The problem is i can only select one at a time so it would take ages and if i try to import them to the garmin it switches off after a few seconds even with auto off turned off so it cancels the copy .

The garmin should behave like an external device when you plug it in to your computer.

I did something similar when I first used Strava. The workaround I did was to load all my rides into the Garmin unit in the Garmin history folder (well as much as the garmin will hold at once) and then sync with Garmin.

Sorry, I know this doesn't help you but there might be a similar workaround.

Yup i tried that but as i siad the garmin just switches off and it doesnt work .

This worked for me , taken 4 + hours to get to 75 %

No problems, glad it got you sorted CK.

I stumped up a whole 2$ for a years worth of auto syncing, to dropbox, Garmin Connect, Endomondo, RidewithGPS, Strava.

I Like the idea of all rides been backed up into dropbox so I can keep them forever!
