Manchester 100 mile ride

did the manchester 100mile ride today my first imperial century.

well done to everyone involved from what i saw over 5000 people took part.

did it in a time of 6hrs 26mins, and an average speed of 15.6mph, not bad considering i've been off the bike for a few weeks with illness. everyone on here has helped me sorting out nutrition, choosing a bike etc so thanks for that

definatley could have gone faster but didnt know how much i could push and still make the finish, :d

Completed this today in 6.7 hours @ ave speed of 15.1

Well chuffed,been riding for less than a year and never done more than 32 miles before

Oh and the most important thing.....

Raised a few hundred for the charity
