For many years we have eaten Soreen....my go to when cycling.
Last week I tried an Aldi one.
First things I noticed were
1. It sliced much easier (without clogging up the knife)
2. Much easier/more pleasant to chew as it doesn't clog your teeth up. Its very fruity and tasty.
Sorry Soreen but we have switched allegiance.
Was it sweeter? I find Aldi's sweet stuff generally rather sweeter than an equivalent from elsewhere, higher sugar content to other (more costly) ingredients to keep the cost down?
