Magicshine UK - getting warranty service?

My wife bought me a Magicshine rear camera/light with a 2 yr warranty 18 months ago from Magicshine UK in Bodmin.

I'm having a problem with it but they aren't replying to email or Facebook messenger.

Has anyone got any tips on getting a response out of Magicshine UK please?
